Job Title: VP, Customer Success
Location: Chicago, IL, 2 days onsite per week
Previous Market research experience required
SUMMARY: To establish and maintain client relationships to ensure business growth. This is a position that focuses on quota caring and commercial growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Team lead for accounts generating (or working to a plan to generate) combined >$3.5m in annual revenue
• Develop actionable account plans that deliver customer growth
• Create and maintain account proposal pipeline of >$750k
• Proven track record of generating revenue across BEH product stack
• Manage accounts in accordance with budget and productivity targets
• Accurately forecast future revenue for accounts (wkly/mthly/qrtrly/yrly)
• Develop/maintain relationships with current and prospective customers up to decision maker level
• Ensure team proposal development (Qual, Quant & AI) in line with BEH product offerings
• Develop/expand team capability to deliver quality productized customer deliverables
• Input into and execute against corporate strategic initiatives/KPIs
• Create and action plan to begin building personal brand at industry level
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelors’ degree and 9 years of market research experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience in mentoring/managing others.
• A flair for building and growing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Natural curiosity, highly motivated and comfort with ambiguity.
