We are searching for a motivated candidate to work within the administrative/accounting department. Experience within the construction field is a must. This position involves daily contact with customers and requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace.
You will play a critical role in supporting the efficient and compliant execution of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and contractors to manage project documentation:
Setting up terms for new customers
Contract Review and Tracking
Preparing OCIP & CCIP paperwork
Certificates of Insurance
Certified Payroll
Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining project records and promoting effective project management.
Must be proficient with MS WORD, MS EXCEL, AND ADOBE PRO. We will provide training for other project specific software programs. Need to have good written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-time position.
