What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardware Associate position at Bens Supercenter?
The ideal candidate should be capable of these tasks:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Stocking truck
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Experience with driving a forklift
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Product knowledge of hardware categories such as but not limited to paint, plumbing, automotive, heating, pet feed and more.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Retail sales experience.
- A professional appearance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- The ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
