We are seeking an WAREHOUSE INVENTORY ASSOCIATE to join our team in San Leandro, CA! Our Inventory Specialist/Warehouse Lead performs standard warehousing duties of loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory and maintaining our warehouse. They are responsible for handling and processing all returns.

Responsibilities for our Warehouse Inventory Associate include but are not limited to:

• This associate will be responsible for tracking product in and out of the warehouse and reconciling inventory on a weekly basis.
• Roughly 1,500 items in and out weekly via scanners.
• Complete reports and maintain for accuracy.
• This position will work closely with Warehouse Manager, Scheduler and Distribution Manager. Responsible for handling and processing returns on a daily basis, going into our warehouse to locate the returns, researching and cataloging to ensure an up-to-date inventory count.
• Check in trucks with product;
• Product Quality control for both receiving and staging;
• Reading customers orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved;
• Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas;
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas and workstation neat;
• Comply with company procedures, rules and regulations;
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience required (moving and storage experience is preferred);
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience (required);
• Previous Management experience preferred but not required;
• Capable of multitasking;
• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, stressful work environment;
• Strong communication and relationship building skills;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Ability to work in both climate controlled and outdoors in all-weather environments that include excessive heat, cold and precipitation;
• Capable of standing, walking on non-forgiving surfaces such as concrete, wood and metal;
• Required use of finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms;
• Able to climb, balance, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist and crawl;
• Capable of occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling and/or moving up to 75 pounds without mechanical aid
