We are seeking a guest-focused, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide guests through the entire car buying process, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert advice, understand guest needs, and offer them the best solutions.

Schedule: Five day workweek Monday-Saturday, 1 weekday off and always off on Sunday (You will have 1 Saturday off per month - working the weekday that you would typically have off)

Pay: Earning potential exceeding $100,000/year! Our Sales Advisors earn a monthly base salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory and brands, including features, pricing, and specifications, to effectively match guests with the right vehicle.
  • Consultative Selling: Listen to guests' needs and preferences, offer tailored solutions, and provide clear, honest information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Transparency: Present all pricing and financing options upfront.
  • Process Management: Manage thesales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and trade-insall while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support and follow-up after the sale, addressing any questions or concerns, and fostering long-term guest relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional overall experience for the guest.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

  • A valid drivers license and a clean driving record is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • A passion for helping guests and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with automotive products, and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
