Are you passionate about cars and eager to help guests find their perfect vehicle? Join our dynamic team at Bergstrom Ford of Green Bay! Were on the lookout for a motivated Used Car Sales Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage Guests: Build rapport with potential buyers and understand their needs to match them with the perfect vehicle.
  • Showcase Inventory: Demonstrate the features and benefits of our diverse selection of high-quality used cars.
  • Guest Relations: Work with guests to find a price that works for both parties, ensuring a smooth and positive purchasing experience.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer insightful advice on financing options, trade-ins, and warranties.
  • Maintain Relationships: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Schedule: Five day workweek Monday-Saturday, sales hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday with a schedule of Monday-Friday of two opening shifts 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, two closing shifts 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday. Sunday and a mid-weekday off.

Pay: Projected annual gross income range $60,000 - $100,000 /year! Our Sales Advisors earn a monthly base salary plus commission.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is a plus, but we are open to motivated individuals with a passion for cars and people.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with guests.
  • Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in automobiles and a drive to excel in a sales role.
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and technology used in modern sales processes.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

  • A valid drivers license and a clean driving record is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is Required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • A passion for helping guests and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with automotive products, and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
