Reservation Sales Specialist

Job Summary
The Reservation & Sales Specialist is an amazing people person and a huge dog lover! You will be responsible for
turning prospects into clients utilizing the lead pipeline, matching the right product with the right dog for
training, making client reservations & selling daycare and overnight boarding packages as well as promoting our
company's services and activities on the phone and in person in a positive and upbeat manner! Is this you?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The job can be as fun as you make it - but here is what you'll be responsible for:
Being the voice and the face of Best Friends Fur Ever:
 Introduction of facility and services to prospective clients
 Representing the Company and ensuring a '5-Star Experience' for all visiting clients
 Ability to read, follow and personalize a sales script to the customer's needs and present a positive
image of the company
 Ability to educate the client of the Company's belief in the importance of pet's participation in activities
while away from
 Ability to sell additional services to new and existing
 Ability to receive feedback and implement suggestions
 Responding to all new and existing client inquiries by phone or email promptly and with company
approved verbiage
 Performing and tracking confirmation and other outbound calls on a regular basis
 Tracking daily sales and entering in database
 Maintaining established performance benchmarks
 Partnering with Manager or Supervisor on any client concerns or issues
 Any other duties assigned such as outbound, charity sponsorships, and special events as coordinate by
the Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader
 Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experiences
 High School or GED is required.
 1 year of call center, sales, or front desk experience is preferredBest Friends Fur Ever
 Gingr Kennel Management Software is preferred
Physical Requirements
 Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
 Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds at times.
 Must be able to speak/communicate clearly in small and large group settings.
Schedule Options
 Monday, Tuesday, Friday (1 PM- 7PM), and Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM
 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (12:30 PM – 6:30PM) and Saturdays 9 AM – 1 PM
Our call center operates Monday - Saturday. Compensation is based on experience.
