Schedule: Full time (3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare provider
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management

Supplemental Pay:

Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
