ERP Instructional Designer

Job Location: Greensboro, NC (fully onsite)

DURATION: Contracts will start at 6 months and could be extended up to 18 months.

REQUIRED:

•Bachelor's degree

• 3 years’ related experience ( OR Associates Degree 8 years of relevant experience )
• Proven track record of academic and or professional success.
• Clinic employees must have maintained licensure appropriate to clinical education and training without lapse.
• Public speaking experience with the ability to inspire others.
• Superior analytical, problem solving, research and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in the use of a computer for tasks such as creating evaluating workflow diagrams, testing, creating documentation, etc.
• Ability to write clear, concise and effective training materials.
• Demonstrated experience providing professional services or products that require advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning.

PREFERRED:

• Skill and prior experience in adult education, including curricula design, content development and training delivery is preferred.
• Experience implementing, supporting and training an EHR, ERP or other IT system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Infor Lawson is preferred.
• Proficiency with business process and Salesforce CRM workflows is preferred.
