You are a dynamic and collaborative leader with:
· Extensive HR Expertise: Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a strong business acumen and deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven business strategies, leading culture transformation efforts, and implementing effective talent development initiatives.
· Culture Development: Proven ability to collaborate with the executive team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, teamwork, and effective decision-making throughout the organization.
· Trusted Guidance: A master coach and trusted advisor, adept at partnering with executive leaders to align employee strategies with organizational goals.
· Commitment to Excellence: A passion for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture that supports team success and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will:
- Lead efforts to align HR strategy with BHcare’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with program leaders to enhance team performance, organizational efficiency, and workforce planning.
- Champion inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) to build a culture of belonging and empowerment.
- Drive innovative talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, leadership development, and succession planning that foster a productive, proactive, and engaged workforce.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and master coach to the Leadership Team, contributing to organizational strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ·
Licensure/Certification:
- Certification from Society for Human Resource Management, HRCI, WorldatWork, or higher education institution is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies, developing an effective HR team, and contributing meaningful value at the executive team level.
- Demonstrated success in cultural transformation, workforce design, and strategic talent planning.
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building trust, engagement and collaboration at all levels.
- Proven leadership ability to strategize, influence, and develop organizational and performance growth, employee engagement, and enhanced outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change, decision-making, implementation, and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Salary : $120,291 - $168,468
