Mechanical Designer/Drafter
Position Description:
Big B Mfg, Inc. is a manufacturer of machined and fabricated parts and is currently looking for highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to fill the position of a mechanical designer/drafter.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate detailed drawings, models and bills of materials for components and fabricated assemblies.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with multi-disciplinary projects that require mechanical design, computer aided design and drafting.
Work in a timely manner.
Candidate must be able to communicate with employees and customers.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess the ability to listen, follow directions and have a willingness to learn.
Must have previous experience designing/training.
Must be proficient in reading detailed drawings and assembly drawings.
Candidate must be proficient with Solidworks Cad.
Work overtime when necessary.
