Job Summary:
Bill Alexander Ford is seeking a driven and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Yuma, Arizona. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue by selling new and used vehicles, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
- Train and develop sales staff on effective selling techniques and product knowledge
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, both in-store and online
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer issues or concerns
- Maintain a thorough understanding of new and used vehicle inventory
- Manage the vehicle trade-in process and appraise trade-in vehicles
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and increase sales
- Stay up-to-date on Ford products, services, and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful sales manager in the auto industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
