Description
Is responsible for supervising the well functioning of the operations being carried out in the store during the evening as well as during the Manager's absences. Is also responsible for assuring that quality customer service is being given and that there is good harmony among personnel in order to meet the objectives previously set. Coordinates and supervises departments. Assists work meetings for each department in order to review information on sales, intern problems, strategic planning, and development of activities. Maintains and encourages good relationships among personnel and supervisors of departments, dedicated to the supervision of floor operations and the planning of work procedures to increase sales. Informs the Manager about the store's intern and external functioning.
