We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive In-Home Supervisor to join our Operations Team. This role ensures our managed properties are always guest-ready by providing hands-on support, training, and accountability for the Operations Team. In-Home Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial onboarding for new properties, including maintenance, inventory, and deep cleaning.
- Oversee the property off-boarding process, ensuring all company items are removed.
- Train and support new team members to ensure consistent service standards.
- Monitor and document team performance for reviews and improvement.
- Ensure routine property visits (departure cleanings, inspections, audits) are completed.
- Perform quality control checks on properties and vendor services.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels in all managed properties.
- Conduct pre-owner arrival inspections to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Keep procedure manuals updated for all supervised positions.
