Short Term Rental Manager LLC is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Service Manager, you’ll oversee our vacation rental operations across a variety of bustling neighborhoods including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Peoria, and others. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in leadership and service management who excel in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Supervise Operations Team : Manage, train, and support a dedicated team of vacation rental cleaners, technicians, and support staff, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently across multiple properties.
- Onboarding & Property Management : Oversee the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring all aspects of maintenance, inventory, and deep cleaning are conducted to company standards.
- Quality Control & Continuous Improvement : Perform routine inspections and audits of properties to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Analyze service processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality across properties.
- Guest & Client Satisfaction : Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to ensure readiness for guest arrivals, addressing any issues immediately to guarantee a seamless experience for both property owners and guests.
- Team Performance & Development : Monitor and document team performance, providing coaching and feedback to help team members improve and meet service standards. Develop and update training and procedure manuals to ensure consistent service quality.
- Inventory & Resource Management : Oversee inventory management for each property, ensuring necessary supplies and equipment are always available and that properties remain in top condition.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and property owners, ensuring high-quality service and addressing any concerns quickly.
