Serve as a brand enthusiast for Toyota and become an expert. Discuss and explain the benefits of leasing, buying and financing to the customer. Assist customer's in selecting their new vehicle with test drives and price negotiations. Prepare the necessary paperwork needed for the finance department for billing. Follow up with sold customers and previous customers to meet monthly sales goals. Provide outstanding customer service
This position includes processing all title paperwork for New and Used Vehicles. Other duties can include filing, scanning and other administrative responsibilities
Inspect and diagnose vehicles. Perform maintenance and repair vehicle automotive systems including electrical, braking, steering, suspension, engine. transmission, air conditioning, etc. Explain required repairs in an easy and understandable way to service advisors. Provide time and labor estimates. Continue to expand your knowledge of new and changing technical information and technology.

Perform mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of vehicles. Identify and determine parts required for repair or disassembled units. Road test vehicles when necessary. Learn and understand federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
Knowledgeable in sales process and leadership. Manage inventory. Help constantly improve business practices and customer service. Establish sales objectives through forecasting. Meet Quotas for new car sales. Establish/adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, with supply and demand. Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees. Implement national sales programs through development of field sales action plans
