BIM Lead

Location: USA - East Hartford, Connecticut JOB DESCRIPTION: Hands on Technical Lead with 100% focus on Quality Assurance & Client Communication Review internal and external design drawings/documents Audit BIM models for the compliance as per standards – internal & client Coordination with client for the project Assign and manage the tasks of internal design/modeling staff Train new and existing staff in BIM Maximize BIM productivity by defining workflows for projects Create & maintain project models for a variety of project types and complexities Develop BIM coordination strategies among disciplines. Report to the project manager/engineer in charge and perform assigned tasks Input finishing with more details (if any) Coordinate and monitor shop-drawing submission schedule. Strong Autodesk skills – CAD, Revit, Navisworks and others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Global Projects experience is a plus
