Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative at BioSafe Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our laboratory diagnostic collection kits and 3PL services. You'll deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions to each customer, contributing to top-line revenue growth, increased customer acquisition, and improved profitability.

In this role, you'll engage with healthcare institutions, laboratories, research facilities, and businesses of all sizes to expand our customer base. You'll identify opportunities across various industries that would benefit from our kitting and fulfillment services. Your objective will be to build robust client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value proposition.
  • Trade Shows: Prepare for and attend trade shows to represent BioSafe Solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Set and meet sales targets to contribute to overall business goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Enter all sales activities, progress, and results into NetSuite.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to align sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices and sales techniques.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Weekly Sales Meetings: Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both individually and within a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and software.
  • Ability to travel to visit clients.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude.

Good to Have but Not Required:

  • AA Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • Understanding of 3PL and logistic services.
