You will run a location and lead the process of 1) building a complete and competent team; 2) developing meaningful needs-based relationships with clients, and 3) delivering operational excellence to all clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

Ten years of management experience

A passion for service and love of dogs

A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change

A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
