Do you have previous/current experience with diagnosing and repairing (hot-side) cooking equipment, (cold-side) refrigeration, and HVAC?
The Biscuitville Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Biscuitville equipment and facilities according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes. Keep buildings and restaurant equipment in safe and proper working order to ensure that the restaurant can operate efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and diagnose and repair various problems/deficiencies on restaurant foodservice equipment and buildings as assigned.
- Maintain a safe work environment including the truck, maintenance shop, and restaurants where work is being performed.
- Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of restaurant equipment and building.
- Keep records such as invoices, parts inventory on trucks, tracking mileage, and spending reports.
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System- Corrigo) for receiving and completing work performed.
- Identify, resolve, and alert management to any equipment or building issues for future repair.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skill required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Work experience repairing restaurant cooking equipment "hot side" commercial fryers, grills, ovens, warmers, toaster is required
- Refrigeration and HVAC experience required with HVAC certification.
- EPA Certification in HVAC/Refrigeration
- Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cooking equipment work experience and/or completed classes is a plus
- Basic hand tools required based on skillset
- Basic MS Office skills is a plus
- Knowledge/experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Mgmt. System) CORRIGO experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to move/lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Candidates will be required to successfully pass a background and MVR review if offered a position.
- Basic hand tool required. Specialty tools provided as needed.
- Must be able to work On Call Rotation. Currently one rotation every four weeks. Be able to travel to other regions/markets as needed for restaurant coverage.
- Must be able to work flexible hours. May include early mornings.
