Electro-Mechanical Assembler:
Position Summary: Assemble complex products using mechanical drawings or work instructions, requiring precise fitting, adjusting, and aligning of parts. Use hand tools and machines to complete units or sub-assemblies, following schedules set by SAP and management.
Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, or mechanical assembly with electronic/electrical safety knowledge.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent workmanship standards and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit for some heavier lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire complex equipment based on blueprints and models.
- Set up, operate, and maintain basic production machines.
- Perform various operations across departments.
- Use hand and power tools for assembly, including building harnesses.
- Monitor and report job status using computers (Excel/SAP).
- May perform PCB assembly.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards in an ISO environment.
- Perform related tasks as assigned and work overtime when needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work area through 5S practices.
