Construction Estimator/ Procurement Manager
We are a General Construction firm based in Newark, NJ for 25 years. Our firm focuses on leveraging our expertise as a development, design and construction company to create value in urban markets, while always keeping with our fundamental principals of honesty and trustworthiness.
We are seeking a new Estimator/Purchasing Manager to join our team. Your role will include completing takeoffs, bills of materials, developing scopes of work, compiling estimates/budgets for multiple projects, and negotiating material/contractor buyout.
As a member of the General Contracting division, you will work with Project Management teams and report directly to the Senior Project Manager.
