Estimator from a single trade contractor.
Costing, proposals. Generating Proposals
Scheduling, Mechanical. Reading Shop drawings.
Capital projects insuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.
Computer Savvy.
GC Background – Will be involved in estimating, scheduling, reviewing contractors, change orders, meeting with architects and design team to resolve conflicts.We seek inquisitive, energetic and dedicated professionals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
