Responsibilities
Perform accurate quantity take offs from plans and specification
Obtain quotes and define scope of work for subcontractors and vendors
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Attend onsite prebid meetings
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a US resident
Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of civil sitework and concrete work
Ability to work independently to meet estimate deadlines and client requirements
Salary Range based on experience
Salary : $70,000 - $150,000
