This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Answer incoming operations phone calls during assigned shifts.
- Schedule and update weekly shift schedules for guards and patrols to minimize overtime.
- Coordinate and retrieve equipment needs per job site, ensuring smooth transitions at job completion.
- Provide immediate response to emergency situations, call-offs, guard misconduct, and client requests.
- Act as the First Responder in emergencies and professionally interact with Law Enforcement or Emergency Services personnel.
Personnel Coordination:
- Conduct assignment interviews in conjunction with the Blackstone hiring process.
- Assign initial work schedules to new hires and conduct new hire briefings when required.
- Ensure all assigned personnel receive On-the-Job Training (OJT) prior to solo assignments.
- Conduct training for guard personnel and determine necessary disciplinary actions, adhering to company guidelines.
- Cover posts in extreme situations such as call-offs or emergencies requiring additional guards.
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide daily pass-downs to supervisors and patrol drivers on activities, policy updates, and information.
- Collect and submit time sheets, Daily Activity Reports, and Incident Reports to the corporate office promptly.
- Professionally handle client requests and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
Sales Support:
- Research prospective accounts with assistance from the sales team.
- Pursue leads and support them through the sales cycle in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Familiarity with scheduling and team coordination.
- Previous experience in security, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
