We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist.


As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to our clients' customers through our live chat and tele chat platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, or general support. Your goal will be to ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, enhancing our clients' reputation for excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live chat and tele chat channels and respond to customer inquiries promptly and in a courteous manner
  • Provide knowledgeable and empathetic support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions about products and services
  • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the customer support team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a live chat or tele chat setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat or tele chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
