Our Landscape Designer will support our design/build team, working with clients to bring their outdoor dreams to life. This person will work with clients from design through final walk through, creating designs, estimates and presenting proposals, while managing a portfolio of $1.5million in sales. This role is for driven individuals who wants to exercise their creativity, and who enjoys networking, building relationships, and building healthy connections between people and nature, while creating inspiring outdoor spaces.

- Total compensation is $100,000 annually (base commission)

Requirements for the Landscape Designer at Blanchford Landscape Group:
- A minimum of 3 years landscape design experience;
- 3 years of landscaping sales experience in high-end residential design/build landscaping;
- Demonstrated horticultural knowledge, including working with a wide variety of plants and plant material;
- Experience working with landscape design software (Vectorworks experience is a plus);
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record;
- The ability to pass a background check;
- Willingness to adhere to our non-smoking policy.
Preferred requirements for the Landscape Designer at Blanchford Landscape Group:
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape design or a related field;
- Landscape architecture or design certifications or licensure;
- Demonstrated Rocky Mountain region plant knowledge and experience.
