Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Landscape Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and crews, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within their assigned market. This role requires Excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The market is growing in Gallatin County and Linden is looking for the right person to join our team!
Duties
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisor and all internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as in the market.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in the landscape industry is a must.
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
