Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer the phones.
- Take Customer orders and process.
- Process orders in Epicor (ERP system)
- Submit processed orders to shipping and receiving.
- Invoice orders that have shipped
- Key Delivery performance and Shipment info in Excel
- Manage Shipping Log in Excel
- Work with customers regarding complaints and returns
- The use of multiple customer portals
