Service Coordinator – Ventura County
Bludog Telecom is seeking a entry level Service Coordinator to join our growing team in
Ventura County. This role is central to our operations, providing critical support across multiple
business functions, including provisioning, customer service, tech support, finance, and

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you will:
Respond to customer support requests via phone or email, ensuring timely and
professional assistance.
Welcome and engage new and prospective clients by providing tours of the facility.
Conduct user training sessions in person and remotely.
Create and manage tickets in our ticketing system.
Print, process, and mail client invoices.
Handle check deposits and record phone greetings.
Facilitate onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Process expense checks and payroll.
Prepare and send client change orders and invoices.
Oversee shipping and receiving tasks.
Draft and send marketing emails to clients and prospects.
Perform QuickBooks data entry to support financial processes.
Provide general administrative support to the team.

What We Offer
