How Is This Role Important to Our Work?
This position is responsible for retaining and on boarding new clients for Coupe Health through service and administration excellence. It collaborates and supports the account manager, and other external stakeholders, (Clients, Agents, Consultants and Brokers) to actively grow and retain existing business. This position achieves results by developing deep and broad relationships with clients, agents, brokers and consultants. For designated accounts this position provides proactive service directly as well as timely resolution of service issues by coordinating with account management and operational personnel. It works in conjunction with account managers to assure Blue Cross maintains and grows its market position and provides onsite client services as required.

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is full-time onsite.
Compensation And Benefits
$56,400.00 - $76,100.00 - $95,800.00 Annual

How Is This Role Important to Our Work?

A Day In The Life
- Build deep relationships and serves as the primary contact point for day to day service delivery with assigned customers and stakeholders (agents, clients, brokers and consultants) to increase and maintain our market share.
- Coordinate and conduct the engagement strategy by delivering member enrollment meetings, health fairs and wellness events for all health plan products to foster a positive image of BCBSMN, and assure member understanding of their benefits.
- Manage and facilitate the development, delivery and accuracy of customer communication materials using available systems, tools and resources (client viewer, summary plan descriptions, certificated of coverage, benefit books, business partner portal and communication builder).
- Build relationships internally to represent client and coordinate with other functions to implement, complete projects, coordinate fully insured renewals, update salesforce and address service needs.
- Resolve escalated service issues including interactions with internal Blue Cross and Select Account operations staff and others as needed.
- Manage the delivery of client reporting, including answering questions, providing analytical guidance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Blue Cross and affiliates products is preferred.
- 3 years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
- Possess and maintain a valid Resident Producer License in the lines of Life & Health/ Accident in good standing within 60 days of employment.
- Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills as these pertain to benefit plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to speak in front of customer and members to educate, persuade and sell complex products, including formal presentations.
- Ability to achieve results in a highly complex environment with tight deadlines and multiple shifting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute healthy and positive dynamics to the work team.
- Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Positive attitude and the ability to participate as part of a team to assure plan compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated PC skills; including experience in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Overnight travel as required.
