Must maintain required caseload, complete documentation in a timely manner, and document accurate communication logs and progress notes. This position is responsible for a caseload of applications which include enrolling, tracking, supportive services, and collecting I9, worksite, training plan, agreement, evaluation, and timesheets along with following up for one year post-completion as per mandate. Provides information and referral assistance regarding available support from appropriate social service agencies and / or community programs. Identifies participant strengths and barriers to stability and assists participants in reducing barriers and linking to resources and services. Serves as a liaison to the Land of Sky staff in the absence of the Lead Case Manager and Coordinator. Qualifications Education and ExperienceMust have a minimum of an Associate's degree;Must have at least three years of full-time or equivalent experience working in a case management role;Must have experience with Microsoft Office, database applications and data tracking systems.Perferred : One year of full-time or equivalent experience working in workforce development setting.One year of full-time or equivalent community college student services experience.Experience with community service outreach.
