Position Overview

As a Roof Inspection Generator, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, engaging them in conversations to introduce Blue Roofing & Gutters and our inspection services. You’ll travel across Northeast Ohio to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and generate appointments for roofing inspections. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Homeowners: Build meaningful connections, providing initial information on roofing and gutter solutions to spark interest in our inspection services.
• Conduct Outreach and Lead Generation: Proactively connect with homeowners across Northeast Ohio through door-to-door engagement, events, and other outreach methods to generate interest in roofing inspections.
• Generate Roof Inspection Appointments: Accurately set appointments for roofing inspections, ensuring potential clients understand the benefits of Blue Roofing & Gutters' services.
• Manage Documentation and Scheduling: Use software tools to schedule inspections, document interactions, and communicate with the team to ensure seamless service.
• Achieve Appointment Goals: Meet or exceed monthly goals for generating roof inspection appointments, with support from ongoing training and mentorship.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work with a team that supports and guides you, participating in regular training sessions to improve your skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• No Sales Experience Required: We’re looking for individuals with drive, passion, and a willingness to learn.
• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to engage with homeowners in a personal and professional manner.
• Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed inspection-generation targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel across Northeast Ohio with a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Team-Oriented: Able to work independently while contributing to the team’s success and sharing in collective goals.
• Positive Attitude: A “can-do” approach, with a genuine desire to help homeowners through quality roofing solutions.
• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using devices and software for scheduling, documentation, and team communication.
