Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop foundation repair projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Uphold and embody the company’s core values and beliefs in all interactions.
-Achieve monthly and annual target goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience and success in a customer-facing role.
- Strong construction experience with the ability to understand project requirements and technical aspects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation*.
- Comfortable working on job sites and willing to get hands-on when necessary.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Salaried probationary period, transitioning to a commission-based compensation structure upon successful completion.
