Responsibilities

- Present project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and SAS for project tracking and reporting.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Apply Lean principles to streamline processes and reduce waste throughout the project lifecycle.
- Employ Earned Value Management techniques to assess project performance against the plan.
- Facilitate program development activities, ensuring that all projects align with organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or related field.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, SAS, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Lean principles is preferred.
- Experience with Earned Value Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Estimating experience is a plus
