What are the responsibilities and job description for the Testing Updating Coordinator position at Bob Jones University?
POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in a variety of Testing responsibilities such as reviewing test orders, data entry, processing of test materials, checking test documents for accuracy, interpretation of test results, printing/scanning and electronic storage of critical documents, preparing test booklets for recirculation, and general customer service.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Office duties
- Computer usage/Data entry
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Assure accuracy in various stages of test processing
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Train others in document updating tasks
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, and delegate
- Supportive of homeschooling
- Prior experience in Testing is helpful
- Training or experience in education and/or homeschooling is beneficial
- Microsoft Office
