Dishwasher Responsibilities
Using machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
Deploy three compartment sink if dishwashing equipment malfunctions
Maintain appropriate chemical levels to operate equipment
Move with a sense of urgency, follow team instruction to prioritize dishes to execute prep/service, and restock clean dishware in the kitchen
Follow Health Department regulations. Practice applicable health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including properly storing, labeling, dating, and rotating all products
Keep a clean and organized work station
