Accounts Receivable Associate

We are seeking to hire detail-oriented self-starter to join the accounting and finance team of our locally owned and operated construction supply company with over 300 employees.
Requirements:
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience required
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Associates degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
Responsibilities:
- Post daily receipts to accounting system.
- Complete bank deposits daily.
- Address customer payment discrepancies at time of payment that include: short payments and tax adjustments
- Collect tax-exempt certifications when required
- Post all check, credit card, cash and ACH payments same day.
- Various other duties as needed to assist Billing Manager & Controller
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
