The PM Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the successful execution of all hotel operations departments – front desk, housekeeping and Food and Beverage. Responsible for overseeing and management of the Hotel, ensuring efficient operations, impeccable guest care and guest service goals are met or exceeded. Responsible for providing all staff with leadership, guidance and support needed to ensure outstanding guest experience and for the overall successful of day-to-day operations. Strong ambassador for Bradford House in all interactions with guests – hotel and restaurant. Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel.
Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise front desk, staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
· Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
· Monitor evening operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
· Monitor and review guest feedback
· Resolve customer complaints
· Train and coach staff
· Run relevant reports
· Receive, disperse, and inventory deliveries
· Handling check, cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate, balancing the cash register, be able to account for any discrepancies, ensuring staff deposits are correct.
· All service and storage areas to be maintained in safe and sanitary manner; reduce risk of injury and accidents
· Manage labor to ensure most efficient use of available staff to meet business needs.
· Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Investigate and resolve complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
· Assist in monthly inventories according to standard accounting and property practices/policies.
· Responsible for the successful execution of all hotel operations departments – front desk, maintenance and housekeeping.
Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proven leadership and organizational skills
· Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: Salary $35,000-$41,000
