Overview
The Brokerage Services Coordinator provides a variety of support related to the customer service, marketing, and transactional requirements of the sales professionals and the Company. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be highly flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet visitors, manage schedules, and communicate with brokers about pipeline opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Marketing:
- Create marketing materials, email campaigns, and update contact lists.
- Collaborate with the brokerage, marketing, and research teams to develop strategies and distribute listings.
- Manage online property listings and prepare marketing content, including proposals and social media posts.
Transactional Support:
- Handle listing agreements, deal reports, and transaction documents.
- Track critical dates, process closed deals, and ensure compliance with brokerage policies.
- Manage accounts receivable reports and communicate with brokers regarding payments.
Administrative:
- Represent the company at the front desk, manage office operations, and support team collaboration.
- Maintain databases, handle building management requests, and organize internal/external events.
- Plan office activities, deposit checks, and ensure listings are updated on all platforms.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in an internal customer service or support role within a corporate environment required, real estate industry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, In-Design preferred
