What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at Branex Group?
- Receive instruction from machine set-up personnel and operate machines accordingly.
- Make offsets to ensure processes are complete and quality of parts are met, and replace inserts or other tools as needed
- Perform visual and measurement checks to maintain quality output of parts.
- Perform daily routine maintenance of CNC machine
- Adhere to company quality policies and procedures in accordance with our ISO 9001 documented plan
Qualifications:
- 2 years of CNC lathe experience
- Proficiency in the use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparator, thread gauges, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD & T
- Basic math skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
