Bravo-Bonetti Legal, PLLC, is looking for a paralegal to join our dynamic, passionate, and growing bilingual team. Our firm focuses primarily on Latin American political asylum and immigration cases, and the paralegal will be responsible for supporting the collection, organization, and management of the firm’s active matters. They will communicate directly with clients–most often in Spanish–to ensure all relevant legal documentation and information is correct and submitted in a timely manner. They will aid in a variety of functions, including the preparing of motions, change of address procedures, FOIA requests, work permits, etc. In the absence of an attorney’s availability, the paralegal will also support the legal case manager in their role as client liaison in order to answer general questions.

- Work one-on-one with clients to oversee their legal case.
- Interpreting and translating for attorney during consultations and court prep.
- Obtaining proper documents and helping clients understand them.
- Maintaining client files online and in hard copy.
- Updating clients and guiding them through the entire process.
- Preparing motions and communicating with the Immigration Court
- Strong written and communication skills in both English and Spanish.

- High computer and technological literacy.
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently (non-negotiable).
- Familiarity with immigration paralegal work (drafting motions, applications, etc.).
