Job Summary:
Brawley Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will ensure the upkeep and physical condition of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality living environments for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Perform minor repairs, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, drywall, appliance repairs, and general handyman tasks.
- Ensure properties are compliant with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services as needed.
- Participate in after-hours emergency maintenance rotations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
