Brick & Brew Pub is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include supervising restaurant staff performance, interacting with customers and employees and assisting with assorted back-office operations. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer experience. You should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Event Planning a plus but not required.
- Good math and reporting skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to cost and follow a budget.

$55,000.00 annual salary is the starting compensation dependent upon experience.
