Clinician - Child & Family Services
$51,484 - $67,810 annually
* $7,500 sign-on bonus

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide office based psychotherapy and case management to children and families experiencing behavioral health difficulties.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to children/adolescents and their families.
- Maintain client records.
- Serve as liaison with outside agencies and referral sources.
- Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Masters degree in behavioral health field.
Associate license required.
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Knowledge of child development and psychiatric disorders.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Computer literacy.
Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods/practices with children and families.
Sensitivity to diverse cultures and language competencies.
Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
*The bonus will be made through payroll in two payments: $3,750 in the first payroll after 30 days of employment, and $3,750 the first payroll after the staff member successfully completes their 6 month probationary period.
