Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Smart Energy Sales Ambassadors.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members to maximize their potential.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the energy sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
