The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruitment efforts
- New hire orientation and onboarding,
- Employee termination
- Payroll and Benefits
- Company Policy and Procedure Adherence
- Managing reviews for employees KPI's
- Coordinating events for birthdays, special events, holidays, etc.
- Assist in creating positive culture and employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Paychex experience (plus)
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
