Job Overview:
The HR Administrative Assistant is a business partner. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources. Your role will involve conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions. You will also manage the Human Resources Information System, maintain personnel records, and create reports for regular and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the VP Human Resources’ schedule.
- Support Payroll Processing
- Compile data or documentation.
- Search files, databases, or reference materials to obtain needed information.
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Prepare business correspondence and documentation for contracts and regulatory compliance.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree or
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior Human Resources experience and 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
- Practicioner-level experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in business and management principles, administrative procedures, and customer service.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Skills:
The successful candidate will utilize their strong organizational and time management skills to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be required to assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, and support HR projects and initiatives. Preferred qualifications such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, experience working in the Health Care Services industry, knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and experience with HRIS systems will benefit this role.
