Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a leading consulting firm specializing in automotive manufacturing sales strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing sales initiatives and driving growth in our client base within the automotive manufacturing sector. Your deep industry knowledge and leadership will contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that enhance our firm's reputation, increase revenue, and build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and client retention in the automotive manufacturing industry. Work closely with leadership to align sales initiatives with business goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Market Research & Industry Insight: Stay current with trends, challenges, and opportunities in the automotive manufacturing sector. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress, and analyze sales performance. Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and consulting teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with client needs and company offerings.
- Proposal & Presentation Development: Lead the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Present to C-suite executives and decision-makers in potential client organizations, showcasing the value of our consulting services.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Oversee and participate in high-level negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Close sales deals while ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive manufacturing or related consulting industry.
o Strong understanding of the automotive manufacturing sector and its sales dynamics.
- Skills:
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
o Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
