The Human Resources department Britto Central Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Duties include:
- Maintain confidentiality in all recruitment-related matters, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Represent BRITTO’s employer brand positively through professional interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other resources. · Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates to shortlist for interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional interview process.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their first day.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and ensuring a positive new hire experience.
- Administer pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests, as required.
- Create and Organize Employee Files within e-filing database and physical records.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Assist in managing employee referral programs and tracking referral submissions.
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to the talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote BRITTO as an employer of choice.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or actively seeking a degree.
- 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, ideally in a similar industry.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Attention to detail for reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple job requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with online recruiting platforms, such as LinkedIn, really, Glassdoor, and others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. · Basic understanding of employment laws and labor regulations, including those related to recruitment and hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the recruitment process.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changes in staffing needs or recruitment strategies.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
